Hi, I'm Jenny.

I was a top-performing tech sales leader until my sister Meghan was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma. Then I became her medical director, her funeral planner, and the one holding it together. She died in February 2024, at 34. Afterward, I didn't recognize my life, and every grief book I picked up felt too heavy.

So I started sharing my story on TikTok, and that became Loss & Laughs. Now I help Type A people who lost someone way too soon rebuild their lives on purpose, with a framework, a workbook, and a lot of dark humor.
